Disrupt opponents with this Dragon-type sync pair that can leave their targets paralyzed and lower their Dragon Type Rebuff.

The dragon master is back with another Dragon-type partner! Lance & Dragonair are a Dragon-type tech sync pair that can lower their opponent’s Dragon Type Rebuff with their Afflict Dragon TR ↓ passive skill the first time they target that opponent with a status move. Once the opponent is weakened, launch a full draconic assault with allies’ Dragon-type moves and Lance & Dragonair’s own Dragon Shift affected Hyper Beam!

Lance & Dragonair are available to scout until May 20, 2023, at 10:59 p.m. PDT.

These draconic cousins play perfectly together! Clair & Kingdra and Lance & Dragonair both get bonuses from their Cape and Dragon theme skills. Clair & Kingdra also have the sync grid tile Draco Meteor: Paralysis Synergy 5, which increases Draco Meteor’s damage when the target is paralyzed. Combine this with Lance & Dragonair’s Thunder Wave, which can paralyze opposing sync pairs, and you’ve got some reliable damage dealing on your hands. Clair & Kingdra can be obtained after completing Chapter 13 of the main story.

Lance & Dragonair can deal plenty of damage with a little help from a support sync pair. Sabrina & Alakazam’s Sixth Sense! can raise Lance & Dragonair’s Sp. Atk by three stat ranks while also restoring 40% of their maximum HP, which can be handy for patching up Lance & Dragonair after they use Heart of Justice! Lance & Dragonair also have no way of raising their own defense stats, so Sabrina & Alakazam’s Reflect can come in clutch against sync pairs that deal physical damage. Sabrina & Alakazam are available to scout from the general pool of 5 ★ sync pairs, as well as from the 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout and 5★-Guaranteed Kanto Ticket Scout.
