Flutter, a colorful and captivating tile-laying game, has raised almost $12,000 on Kickstarter, surpassing its initial funding goal of $9,500 with 22 days still left to go.
Designed for 2-5 players, Flutter immerses players in a vibrant meadow, where they must create a flourishing ecosystem to attract six types of pollinators: hummingbirds, dragonflies, moths, butterflies, ladybugs, and bees. By strategically placing tiles to match petals and grow flowers, players aim to nurture the ecosystem by providing the right flowers to each fluttering critter, spreading rich pollen throughout the meadow.
The game ends once the supply rondel runs low, and the player with the most pollen at the end of the game is crowned the winner. Flutter features punchboard tiles and wood tokens made using 100% FSC-compliant materials, and the standard edition includes 60 meadow tiles, wooden bee tokens, petal tracker boards, petal and pollen tokens, and more.
For those looking for a truly special edition of the game, Flutter also offers a Collector’s Meadow-wood Edition. This version includes meadow tiles made using 100% FSC-compliant sustainable wood materials and features heat-printing for the pollinators and flower petals. Additionally, a Kickstarter exclusive metal sun token is included to track the active tile stack in the rondel.
