Regidrago has officially made its Pokémon GO debut by emerging from an Elite Raid Egg, Regidrago is weak to Dragon-type, Ice-type and Fairy-type moves

Niantic is continuing to announce new events and content for Pokémon GO on a regular basis. Read on below to learn more:

Defeat the Dragon Orb Pokémon in Elite Raids and unlock exclusive Timed Research.

Experience the power of dragons and challenge Regidrago in Pokémon GO! Regidrago makes its Pokémon GO debut in Elite Raids, an especially challenging variety of Raid Battle that requires more Trainers than the average confrontation. Keep in mind that Regidrago is weak to Dragon-type, Ice-type, and Fairy-type moves. If you want to avoid the maws of defeat, it’s best to battle using Pokémon with powerful attacks matching those types.

Elite Raids appear from special Raid Eggs that take 24 hours to hatch. Once the Raid Egg hatches, a Raid Boss will appear for 30 minutes. Elite Raid bosses can only be battled in-person—Trainers will not be able to participate in Elite Raids using a Remote Raid Pass. Get together with your local community and tip the scales against this powerful Legendary Pokémon!

Regidrago will hatch at the following times.

  • Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. local time
  • Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. local time
