Pokémon Masters EX, the strategy and battling Pokémon game for mobile platforms, is now available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). In celebration of the game’s popularity, special in-game events and rewards are being offered for all players to take part in on a regular basis. Read on below to learn more:

Strategy: Training Sync Pairs
Level up your sync pairs!
Raise the level of your sync pairs to the recommended level for the battle.
To level up beyond Lv. 100, use the Unlock Level Cap menu.
To obtain the items required, head to the Cap-Unlock Area in the Training Area.
Use the sync grid effectively!
Power up your sync pairs even further via their sync grids. Simply use the Co-op Sync Orbs available in the Sync Orb Area of the Training Area.
There are various ways to upgrade your sync pairs, so choose whatever suits you.

Unleash Theme Skills!
Create teams with sync pairs that share the same themes and target your opponents’ weaknesses.
Use Theme Skills to make your sync pairs even stronger.
Master tactics!
Switching tactics changes the order your team members are targeted.
A key strategy is to have support sync pairs with higher HP, Defense, or Sp. Def targeted first, and strike sync pairs with higher Attack or Sp. Atk targeted third.
Strategy: Battle Basics
Defeat opponents in the center last!
If you defeat an Elite Four or Champion sync pair in the center position first, the Pokémon on the left and right will unleash powerful moves.
So try to defeat the sync pair in the center position last.
Tap an opponent’s Pokémon during battle to switch between targets.

Recommended Fighting Style
- Watch out for your opponent’s attacks that leave you poisoned and badly poisoned!
- Prepare for your opponent’s attempts to lower your Speed!
- Lower your opponent’s Sp. Atk!
Recommended Sync Pairs and Tactics
- #1: Sabrina (New Year’s 2022) & Chingling
- #2: May (Anniversary 2022) & Latias
- #3: Sygna Suit Steven & Deoxys
Your opponent will use moves such as Poison Jab to leave you poisoned, as well as Poison Fang and also Toxic after they use a Sync Move, to leave you badly poisoned, so defend with Sabrina (New Year’s 2022) & Chingling’s Condition Shield to gain the Status Condition Defense effect!
Drasna & Dragalge will lower your Speed with their Passive Skill, so flip the effect with Sygna Suit Steven & Deoxys’s Downside Up Passive Skill!
Drasna & Dragalge mainly use special attacks, so lower their Sp. Atk with May (Anniversary 2022) & Latias’s Mist Ball.
