Titan will publish Michael Moorcock’s Multiverse series as hardcover collections starting in July. The Michael Moorcock Library: Multiverse, Vol. 1, will collect Michael Moorcock’s Multiverse #1-6 and will be available on July 12, 2023, with an MSRP of $29.99 for the 160-page volume.
Each issue of the 12-issue series contains a chapter each of three different storylines, set in different times and places and featuring characters from Moorcock’s Eternal Champion novels. The series was written by Moorcock with art by Walter Simonson, Mark Reeve, and John Ridgeway, each of whom worked on a different storyline. By the end of the series, the three stories were woven together into a single conclusion. The series was originally published by the DC imprint Helix, beginning in 1997, and in 1999, DC’s Vertigo imprint collected it as a single trade paperback, which is long out of print.
Titan has been publishing adaptations of Moorcock’s novels since 2014 (see “‘Elric: The Ruby Throne’ and ‘Void’”). They are also the new publishers of the Conan comics (see “Titan Comics to Co-Publish Conan”).
