Those Two Geeks Episode 200: An Unprepared Year End Anniversary Episode

The two geeks forgot that they were recording the 200th episode (despite Alex saving the last episode as “Those Two Geeks 199” on his laptop), forgot that they were going to do a Best Marvel Legends of the year, and… ultimately forgot everything they wanted to do until they started recording. You can hear the penny drop around the half hour mark as the geeks realize what happened.
