Weebs of the Coast, LLC. will release Grand Archive, an anime-style TCG, into retail on April 28, 2023.
Grand Archive TCG was crowded on Kickstarter in 2021, raising $947,400 from 1,539 backers (about $616 per backer). It is an anime-style TCG product with western game design that focuses on being highly collectible. The cards have a clean design, featuring high card clarity, low stat numbers, and streamlined rules text. This game takes place in the world of Cambria, where champions are called upon protect the realm from ruin.
The Alter Edition booster boxes come with 24 booster packs, and each pack contains 12 random cards. The set contains 275 cards that have 264 foil versions. The rarity breakdown is as follows: 114 commons, 72 uncommons, 53 rares, 31 super rares, 5 ultra rares, and 4 collector super rares. The displays retail for $107.99.
Starter deck displays come with 9 starters: 3 each of Lorraine, Rai, and Silvie. The displays also have 3 Assassin Class Starter Packs, which contain three fixed Assassin cards.
