Black Adam repeats in first place crossing $250 million worldwide

Black Adam was once again the top of the box office. The film grossed an estimated $27.7 million a drop of 58.7%. That’s on the lower end of the drops seen for this type of film. Domestically, the film has earned $111.1 million after two weeks. Over the week, the film grossed $66 million to bring that to $139 million. Worldwide, the film has grossed $250.1 million.

In second place again was Ticket to Paradise which earned a bit over $10 million. The film has now grossed $33.7 million after two weeks. Internationally, things have slowed down a bit with the film earning $5.4 million over the week to lift that to $85.7 million. Worldwide, the film has grossed $119.4 million.

Prey for the Devil was a newcomer and landed in third. The film debuted with a little over $7 million. No international numbers have been reported.

Smile slipped one spot to fourth with a bit over $5 million. DOmestically, the film has grossed $92.4 million. Over the week, the film grossed $11.7 million internationally to bring that to $93.6 million. Worldwide, the gilm has grossed just under $186 million.

Halloween Ends wrapped up the top five with an estimated $3.8 million to bring its domestic total to $60.3 million. Over the week, the film added $6.5 million internationally to bring that to $34.3 million. Worldwide, the film has grossed $94.7 million.

In comic film news…

DC League of Super-Pets is now in its third week on HBO and grossed about $150,000 at the box office over the week. It now stands about $93.4 million. Over the week, the film grossed about $1.4 million to bring its international total to $110.2 million. Worldwide, the film has grossed a little over $203.6 million.

Thor: Love and Thunder looks like it’s done with its run. The film has grossed $343.3 million domestically. Internationally gained a little with a new total of $417.5 million. Worldwide, the film has grossed $760.7 million.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero held steady domestically with $38.1 million. Internationally, the film looks steady at $48.5 million. Worldwide, the film has grossed $86.6 million.

The week’s overall box office success…

Numbers have 30 films earning $65,855,123 from 32,982 theaters. That’s a big drop from last weekend’s $113,640,500 from 29,578 theaters and 54 films. The average earning was $1,996.70 this past weekend, a decrease from last weekend’s $3,842.06.
