Games Workshop revealed Nightwars, an expansion for Warhammer Quest: Cursed City, for release into retail on October 8, 2022.
This first expansion offers new ways to play the original board game (see “Visit the ‘Cursed City’“) as well as continues the story into a new chapter. Three new vampiric pretenders have risen from the ashes and are looking to claim the city. It’s up to the heroes to stop them from turning the districts of Ulfenkarn into vampire havens. The expansion features three new journey types, new missions, more enemies, and Elite classes for heroes.
The game box comes with a 48-page Nightwars rulebook, 2 double-sided board tiles, 53 game cards, 2 vampiric power secret envelopes, and 30 double-sided tokens. It will retail for $50.00 and requires the base game to play.
