Registration for the 2022 Pokémon World Championships has been delayed due to an unforeseen issue

The Pokémon Company International has revealed new details about the 2022 Pokémon World Championships. Read on below to learn more:

The 2022 Pokémon World Championships are traveling to London, England, for the first time in history. From August 18 to 21, 2022, the best players from all over the world will compete for the title of Pokémon TCG, Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield (VG), Pokémon GO, Pokémon UNITE, or Pokkén Tournament DX World Champion—and for their share of the prizes!

Main events at the Pokémon World Championships are by invitation only. Check out the Pokémon TCG Player InfoVGC Player InfoPokémon GO Player InfoPokémon UNITE Player Info, and Pokkén Tournament DX Player Info pages to learn more about this year’s event.

You can have a great time at the Pokémon World Championships even if you aren’t competing in the main event by attending as a spectator. Come see all the battles in person and participate in side events throughout the four-day event.

Entry to this event will require a badge for all attendees—competitors and spectators both.
