Wizards of the Coast unveiled a breakdown of booster pack contents as well as previewed more cards from Streets of New Capenna. This set will release on April 29, 2022 (see “‘Streets of New Capenna’“).
This set will once again feature Set Boosters, Draft Boosters, and Collector Boosters. The Set Boosters will contain an Art Card (foil-stamped version comes in 5% of packs); a Gilded Foil Showcase or Traditional Foil; a rare or mythic from the main set; 2 Wildcards (common, uncommon, rare, or mythic Showcase, Borderless, Phyrexian, or Commander cards); a Showcase common or uncommon; 3 uncommons; 3 commons; a basic land; and a token, ad card, counter punchout, or card from the List. Draft Boosters come with a rare or mythic card; 3 uncommons; 10 commons; a basic land; and a token, ad card, or counter punchout. A traditional foil card of any rarity replaces a common card in 33% of Draft packs.
Streets of New Capenna Collector Boosters are chock full of premium cards. Their pack rarity slots are as follows: a Gilded Foil, Foil-etched, or Traditional rare or mythic foil; a Gilded Foil Showcase or Traditional Foil Showcase common from the main set; a Showcase, Phyrexian, or Borderless rare or mythic; an Extended-Art Commander rare or mythic; an Extended-Art Main Set rare or mythic; a Traditional Foil rare or mythic; 2 Showcase commons or uncommons; 2 Traditional Foil uncommons; 4 Traditional Foil commons; a Traditional Foil Metropolis Full-Art basic land; and a Traditional Foil double-sided token. This pack set up allows collectors to pull up to 5 mythic rares out of a single Collector Booster as well as rare Phyrexian frame cards.
