The Pokémon Company recently unveiled a brand-new official expansion as part of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). The brand-new Battle Region expansion will first be released in Japan later this year, followed by a Western launch at a later date. Battle Region introduces a new mechanic that prevents players from using more than one Shiny Pokémon per deck.
