Wizards of the Coast unveiled the Magic Presents: Marvel Double Issue, a new organized play event type for Magic: The Gathering.
This event can be scheduled to run from December 4, 2026 to December 31, 2026. It is a Two-Headed Giant format event, where players team up to battle it out in a tournament for two copies of an exclusive X-Men’97 Yearbook #1 variant comic book. It can be run as Two-Headed Giant sealed event, a booster draft, or a Standard, Modern, or Pioneer constructed format event. WotC recommends running the tournament single elimination-style, but it can also be run as a Swiss event (the recommendation is more than likely a time factor, as Two-Headed Giant matches tend to run longer).
