Pokémon GO’s October 2026 Community Day featuring Zorua is underway today, Oct. 10, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time, giving Trainers increased chances to encounter the Tricky Fox Pokémon, including Shiny Zorua and Pokémon with a Special Background. Players who evolve Zorua into Zoroark during the event or within four hours afterward will receive a Zoroark that knows the Fast Attack Sucker Punch. Bonuses include triple XP for catching Pokémon, double Catch Candy, double the chance of earning Candy XL for Trainers level 31 and above, three-hour Incense duration and one-hour Lure Modules. From 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., Trainers can also make one additional Special Trade, for a maximum of two for the day, with trades requiring 50% less Stardust. Zorua will also have a very high chance of appearing at PokéStops with active regular Lure Modules during those extended hours, with increased Shiny odds and a chance of a Special Background. Event Field Research offers Stardust, Ultra Balls and additional Zorua encounters, while paid Community Day Special Research costs $1.99 or the equivalent in local currency and includes three Special Background Zorua encounters, additional encounters, a Premium Battle Pass and a Rare Candy XL. Trainers can take snapshots for potential surprises and should evolve their Zorua before the exclusive move window closes.
