An ICv2 Release. GlobalComix, the global platform for comics and manga, will Co-Sponsor the ICv2 Insider Talks and Comic Industry Social Hour at New York Comic-Con again this year, the companies announced.
The ICv2 Insider Talks will be held in the dramatic 4th floor River Pavilion of the Javits Center, in association with New York Comic Con on Thursday, October 8. ICv2 has hosted industry conferences, bringing together the leaders of the comics and graphic novel industry, in conjunction with New York Comic Con since the first show in 2006. This year’s event will be a special 20-year anniversary edition around the theme, The Future of Fandom.
GlobalComix CEO Hendrik explained the company’s long-running support. “We’re proud to continue supporting ICv2 Insider Talks,” he said, “and to bring people together around conversations, ideas, and perspectives that continue to develop the comics industry, elevate fan experiences, and cultivate fandoms.”

The event will kick off with the Comic Industry Social Hour from 3-4 p.m., followed by four half-hour sessions, including the ICv2 White Paper, which will outline the shifting dynamics of the comics and graphic novel market in 2026, and speakers focusing on trends and drivers toward the future of fandom.
