Players can now conduct sleep research in Pokémon Sleep using sleep data tracked on Garmin smartwatches. By linking their Garmin device and registering sleep data through the feature, players can sync their tracked sleep to the game and continue building their research results. To celebrate the new compatibility, players who register sleep data recorded on Garmin smartwatches will receive three Poké Biscuits as a gift. The promotion is available through Oct. 31, giving players several months to try the new integration and collect the bonus reward while expanding how they track and study their sleep in the game.
