California Files for Taxes Due in Diamond’s Chapter 7 Case

California has entered the chat and is looking to get the taxes it is due by Diamond Comic Distributors.

From April 1 to May 16, Diamond owes $259,724.53.

The filing did have an issue an needs to be updated as per a court response, so we await California refiling the request.
