For U.S. Hobby Channel
Universal Distribution signed an agreement with Stonemaier Games for distribution of Stonemaier’s titles in the U.S. hobby channel.
Under this agreement, Universal becomes an authorized distributor of the entire catalog of Stonemaier’s games, including fan favorites like Wingspan, Scythe, and more. Also, in August 2026, Universal will become Stonemaier’s sole authorized distributor, replacing GTS Distribution who previously had this role (see “Stonemaier’s Sole Distributor for the U.S. Hobby Channel“).
“Universal has been a long-term key partner for Stonemaier in Canada,” said Alex Schmidt, COO of Stonemaier Games. “With their move into the U.S., it was only natural to look for an opportunity to bring that relationship across the border as well.”
U.S. retailers will be able to purchase Stonemaier’s catalog of games via Universal starting March 2, 2026. Stonemaier’s Fortress Program will not open for enrollment via Universal till March 9, 2026.
