Wizards of the Coast will send out in-universe Magic: The Gathering Promo Packs for WPN stores to give away to attendees of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles prerelease events, starting February 27, 2026.
A few weeks back, Wotc accidently released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles promos in the prerelease kits for Lorwyn Eclipsed (see “‘Lorwyn Eclipsed’“). They apologized for the mistake and asked retailers to open leftover prerelease packs to provide replacement product for the events. Since then, WotC has been in contact with stores that were affected by this issue and have offered them replacement product.
In addition, to make amends promo mix up, WotC will send participating WPN stores in-universe Promo Packs to give out to customers attending the TMNT prerelease events. These packs will come from one of the following sets (while supplies last): Lorwyn Eclipsed, Edge of Eternities, Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Duskmourn: House of Horror, or Bloomburrow.
