Cation Arts has announced Terminator 2: The Board Game, which will hit crowdfunding in 2026.
The Terminator is back and headed to the tabletop. In the new board game, based on Terminator 2: Judgment Day, players will assume the roles of John Connor, Sara Connor, and the T-800 as they avoid being terminated by the ever-viscous T-1000. Players will follow the adventures of the main characters in game that revolves around risk taking and tactical decision-making. There are three ways to win the game: expose Skynet, destroy Skynet, or hack Skynet.
“This project is a dream come true,” said Mohamed Al Qadi, CEO of Cation Arts. “Terminator 2 remains one of the greatest films ever made, and we are excited to create an amazing board game that will live up to the franchise.”
This game supports one to three players in cooperative mode and up to four players in competitive mode.
