Stonemaier Games 2026 Product Lineup Includes Two 'Wingspan' Products

Stonemaier Games previewed its 2026 product lineup via a livecast video, which included two Wingspan products.

The livecast video featured Jamey Stegmaier discussing some of the upcoming projects that Stonemaier has in the works for this year. His presentation started out by announcing that Wingspan: South America, Central America, and Caribbean Expansion will be headed to the Stonemaier web store on January 21, 2026. Designer Elizabeth Hargrave has been working on this expansion for three years, and it features the birds from the region.

Also, in Q1 2026, there will be a new Viticulture expansion available that has a four-season board. It is a new take on the Tuscany board that offers new mechanics and different twists.

In Q2 2026, Stonemaier will release Euphoria: Essential Edition. This game was Stonemaier’s second game ever released, and it was a MENSA Award winner (see “‘Euphoria: Build a Better Dystopia’“). This edition combines the expansion with the core game and has new board layout. The new board and rules will be available separately for players that own the previous edition.

The first Finspan expansion will be coming in Q2. The expansion offers players some new tokens, cards, and mechanics to utilize, and showcases fish like the Blue Shark, Hammerhead Shark, and the Common Bluestripe Snapper.

In Q3, Stonemaier will release their second Wingspan game of the year. It is a small-box, standalone game that offers a more compact play experience. The new game, also designed by Elizabeth Hargrave, contains birds from around the world and supports one to five players.

Also, in Q3, they will release a Scythe and Expeditions two-player dueling game. The expansion will contain content for all Scythe factions/player mats and Expeditions mechs/characters. There will also be a mini-expansion for Origin Story coming in Q3 that will add more superheroes.

In Q4, the Stonemaier Games version of Namiji will hit stores (see “Stonemaier Games Acquires ‘Tokaido’“). The new version combines the core game and the expansion into one box. The first Smoking Bones game will also release in Q4. This medium-weight Eurogame was created by Andrew Bosley, a new designer, and features airships and engine building mechanics.
