Asmodee has reached an agreement with Dreamscape Farms to become the exclusive U.S. distributor of the bilingual editions of Loteria, the original Mexican bingo. Distribution began on December 5 through Asmodee’s direct-to-consumer platforms, Amazon, and hobby and other specialty retailers.
Loteria was first released in 1887, and this new bilingual version adds a learning dimension to the classic game by presenting the game in two languages. For this new edition, classic illustrations have been digitally remastered, new riddles and songs have been added, and the game includes team play mode with reversible boards.
Box contents include 54 cards with new riddles, 8 reversible boards, 108 “bean” tokens, and a 12-page guide. Loteria is for 2-8 players ages 5 and up, and plays in about 20 minutes.
