Marvel Comics will collect Garth Ennis’s Punisher/Nick Fury stories in a 712-page hardcover omnibus to be released on July 7, 2026. The stories, with artwork by Jacen Burrows and Goran Parlov, appeared between 2012 and 2024 and delve into the origins of the Punisher and as a marine sniper in Vietnam and then move into the present day. Punisher & Fury Max by Garth Ennis Omnibus will have a main cover by Dave Johnson and a direct market only variant by Burrows. MSRP is $100.
The omnibus includes Punisher: The Platoon (2017) #1-6, Fury MAX (2012) #1-13, Get Fury (2024) #1-6, and Punisher: Soviet (2019) #1-6.
Ennis started writing Punisher comics in 2000, working with artist Steve Dillon, under the Marvel Knights imprint, then wrote issues #1-60 of Punisher MAX, which was published under Marvel’s mature-readers MAX imprint, as well as the 2003 miniseries Born, with Darick Robertson. He teamed up with Burrows for Punisher Soviet in 2019 (see “Garth Ennis Writing Two Punisher Series”) and Get Fury in 2024 (see “Garth Ennis’ Retro Punisher Series“).
