Pegasus Spiele will release Dorfromantik – Light Luggage, a new compact version of the Spiel des Jahres winner Dorfromantik (see “Spiel des Jahres 2023 Winners“), in the U.S. in November.
A trim 5.1″ x 2.2″ x 7.3″, this new 1.06 pound version in a magnetic box is made for playing on the go, as an introduction, or to challenge experienced players in new ways. Dorfromantik – Light Luggage includes a new stand-alone campaign based on the board game.
Dorfromantik – Light Luggage is a cooperative game in which players work together to create a landscape by laying hexagonal tiles to build long rivers and fulfill the requests of townspeople. To enhance replayability, the campaign includes additional tiles and objective cards that can be added based on the highest score achieved, plus a secret envelope with hidden contents.
Dorfromantik – Light Luggage is for 1 to 4 players ages 14 and up, and plays in 20-40 minutes. MSRP is $24.99.
