Para Bellum will release a new campaign box and associated two-player set for miniatures wargame Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings in December. The storyline revisits the first clash between humans and the Spires with a new story.
The campaign box, Lore Campaign Pack – Crucible of Wills: Nepenthe Remembers, will include narrative campaign rules and unique models of Frederik of Brandengrad and the Alchemist. The storyline will pit Frederik and the Hundred Kingdoms against the Spires, led by the Alchemist. Release is after the release of the two-player set, on December 26, at $59.99 MSRP.
Para Bellum has also created a bespoke starter set for players new to the game. The Nepenthe Campaign Two-Player Deluxe Starter Set will include the components of the campaign box plus 78 minis, a new army entry, and a collection of the Nepenthe short stories, roughly $650 worth of products if sold separately. Release is November 25, at $299.99 MSRP.
Para Bellum is also launching the tenth faction for its two Conquest games, Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings and Conquest: First Blood, in the 2025 holiday season (see “Para Bellum Announces Tenth Faction“).
