An ICv2 Release. Leading North American comics and game distributor Universal Distribution has signed on as a Co-Sponsor of the ICv2 Insider Talks at New York Comic Con, the companies announced. This year, the focus is on the new world of comics and the events and trends that are shaping it, including the biggest distributor bankruptcy in generations, tariff turmoil in related categories, a shifting media landscape, and new trends in the properties that are driving comic sales.
This year’s event will be held in the dramatic River Pavilion at the Jacob Javits Convention Center on Thursday, the first day of New York Comic Con. Since the first New York Comic Con in 2006, ICv2 has hosted industry conferences in conjunction with the show, bringing together the leaders of the comics and graphic novel industry to discuss the issues of the day.

The ICv2 Insider Talks will kick off with Check-in and Coffee Break at 5:15 p.m. followed by two hours of programming beginning at 5:30 p.m., including the ICv2 White Paper and panelists from across the comics and graphic novel business. Programming will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
