Chip Theory Games will release Fight Five, a new card game, into retail on September 1, 2025.
This game, designed by Aaron Hein and Manny Trembley, is a new riff on the classic card game of War. Players will use five stacks cards each to battle for control of their opponents’ stacks of cards. They clash against each other across all five stacks in an attempt to take cards for end game scoring. If a tie occurs, the stacks grow bigger and more valuable for the next clash. First player to 200 points wins before five rounds end. If five rounds pass, the player with the most points wins the game.
The game is for two to five players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 10 to 15 minutes.
Chip Theory Games will also release Dragons of Etchinstone, a fantasy card game (see “‘Dragons of Etchinstone’“).
