Liko, Roy, and Dot are working hard to prove their mettle as Pokémon Trainers in Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua Part 2. With the Explorers hot on their trail, the trio has their hands full learning new attacks, evolving their Pokémon, and taking on their Tera Training tests. Part 3 of Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua is coming to Netflix on June 27, 2025, meaning that it’s time to brush up on Part 2 with a quiz. - In Episode 12, “The Terapagos I Don’t Know,” the Rising Volt Tacklers gather to celebrate Liko, Roy, and Dot completing the first phase of Tera Training at Naranja Academy. From there, Friede and the three kids return to Naranja Academy to meet with Director Clavell and Geeta to obtain information about Terapagos. Geeta mentions a mysterious book, said to contain an illustration of Terapagos’s third form. Dot reveals that she found the mysterious book in the library, and the Trainers collectively peruse it and agree that they should visit Area Zero at some point. Friede, Liko, Roy, and Dot meet up with the Naranja Academy history teacher Raifort in the library, and she invites them to come along with her as she hunts for ancient treasure. After discovering a Gimmighoul and having a fun day exploring ancient ruins, they return once more to Naranja Academy. While there, Director Clavell informs them that they must take Tera Training usage tests. - In Episode 13, “Food Fit for a Kingambit!,” Liko, Roy, and Dot travel to Medali for Dot’s Tera Training battle against Larry. While in town, a Kingambit scares the trio, and Kingambit’s Trainers offer them a free meal at the Anything Goes Café as an apology. While there, Dot’s Tinkatink steals the restaurant’s griddle, so the trio decides to work at the restaurant to make up for the loss. After realizing that the café’s signature dish isn’t very popular, Dot helps them develop a new menu item that everyone agrees is delicious. While eating the new dish, Dot happens to see Larry eating in the same restaurant.What is the name of the dish that Dot helps create?

- In Episode 14, “Dance, Quaxly! The Blue Medali Step!,” Dot is eager to battle Larry and pass her test. But when she arrives at the Medali Gym, she discovers that Larry isn’t there. Dot, Liko, and Roy wander around Medali looking for Larry, encountering a Pokémon Trainer with a Baile Style Oricorio that Quaxly dances with, to the crowd’s delight. Afterward, Dot finds Larry at a restaurant, where he agrees to battle her. First, Larry’s Dudunsparce squares off against Dot’s Quaxly. The battle initially doesn’t go well for Dot, and Tinkatink is defeated shortly after making its battle debut. Quaxly returns to the battle, gaining momentum until it evolves into Quaxwell. Dot Terastallizes Quaxwell, only for it to be knocked out by Larry’s second Pokémon after he Terastallizes it. - In Episode 15, “Roy and Fuecoco’s First Snow!,” the trio sets off for Montenevera for Roy’s Tera Training usage test. Along the way, Roy is thrilled to see snow for the first time. They find a cabin and decide to spend the night before resuming their journey to Montenevera in the morning. Dot is concerned about the cold, so they all look for firewood to start a fire. Kilowattrel is defeated, but Fuecoco manages to take down Houndstone. Ryme brings out Toxtricity, and Roy and Fuecoco struggle to find their rhythm against this new Pokémon. - In Episode 17, “A New Song for Fuecoco,” Roy and Fuecoco take on special training to get stronger so they can battle Ryme again. Roy tells Liko and Dot about his parents, who operate a ship and used to sing to him. It was through Roy’s love of singing that he befriended many Pokémon, including Fuecoco. After learning a new song with Fuecoco to keep them motivated to battle, Roy goes to Ryme’s concert to once again challenge her. Re-energized by their training, Roy and Fuecoco manage to defeat Ryme and Toxtricity while keeping the crowd entertained by their new song. While sledding, Liko runs into Grusha, who notes that she must feel confident about their battle if she’s playing in the snow. During the battle, Liko struggles to figure out how to handle Grusha’s Cetitan, but Floragato ultimately manages to defeat it. Liko and Floragato even develop a clever strategy to handle Grusha’s second Pokémon, Altaria. Unfortunately, it isn’t quite enough, and Altaria manages to defeat Floragato. Roy and Dot tell Liko that she probably still passed the test—after all, Dot passed despite losing her battle, and Roy got a second chance at his test. - In Episode 19, “The Approaching Shadow,” Liko, Roy, and Dot are making their way back to Naranja Academy. They plan to return to Naranja Academy, but Liko insists that there’s somewhere they need to visit first. - In Episode 21, “Infiltrating the System! Naranja Academy in Danger!,” Liko, Roy, and Dot have returned to Naranja Academy, where a Tera Training Student Battle Tournament is taking place. While there, Dot receives a call from Penny, who reveals that the school’s computer system is being hacked, and she suspects the culprit is a teacher named Chive. Penny and Dot search for Chive to stop her from downloading important data. Liko and Roy try to help but are intercepted by Seasoning (Sidian) and Cornbread (Coral). While Penny tries to counter the hacker from the director’s office, Dot finds Chive in the biology lab, and her Quaxwell faces off against Chive’s Medicham. Tinkatink manages to smash Chive’s laptop, but Chive reveals that it’s too late because she already obtained the data. Roy and Fuecoco defeat Coral and Glalie. Liko ends up using Terastallization to defeat Sidian, which Grusha happens to observe while secretly watching the battle. Liko is called to the director’s office for using Terastallization despite not passing her usage test, but Grusha insists that after her successful battle against Sidian, Liko has passed the test. A happy Liko returns to the tournament, where she learns that she will be facing off against Roy in battle.What is Chive’s actual name?

- In Episode 22, “Shine On, Terastallization! Liko vs. Roy!” Liko and Roy kick off a fierce battle, with both Trainers recalling their very first battle aboard the Brave Olivine so long ago. Roy secures the first win with his Kilowattrel against Liko’s Hattrem, but Floragato quickly evens the score by leaving Kilowattrel unable to battle. While battling against Fuecoco, Floragato learns a new attack and seems to have the upper hand. However, Roy and Fuecoco start their signature battle singing, and Fuecoco evolves into Crocalor. Both Liko and Roy Terastallize their Pokémon at the same time, and Crocalor’s Flame Charge manages to overcome Floragato’s Quick Attack. Liko and Roy shake hands, and everyone congratulates them both on a well-fought battle.
