On this blog of late we’ve been showcasing the variant covers that will be available for the July 9th release of ARCHIE MEETS JAY & SILENT BOB, and today we wanted to share with one of our favorites — courtesy of Archie legend Dan Parent!
Sharing a milkshake at Pop’s Chok’lit Shoppe has long been an Archie Comics mainstay, but it’s never had the Kevin Smith touch before! Jay and Silent Bob seem to really been enjoying Pop’s trademark treat, while Betty and Veronica look on. As for Archie? Well, he seems pretty bewildered by the whole thing! (Given what he experiences in the pages of this very book, that charts!)
All in all, this is a captivating cover that beautifully reflects the fun of ARCHIE MEETS JAY & SILENT BOB.
