Time to Object to Diamond’s Extension to File its Chapter 11 Plan and Solicit Votes is Extended

The Diamond Chapter 11 is far from over with a final Chapter 11 Plan still to be filed. A new stipulation has been released to extend the objection deadline to Diamond extending its deadline to file its Chapter 11 Plan and Solicit Votes for it.

Diamond’s original motion asks to extend the deadline for it to file its plan by 120 days pushing things out to September 11, 2025. It would then be able to solicit “votes” for another 120 days taking things out to November 10, 2025.

Currently, the filing period expires May 14 and the solicitation period expires on July 13.

The new deadline to object is now June 3, 2025.
