Blokees teases Transformers Defender Version 03 Heavy Metal War

Blokees has teased the third release for its Transformers Defender line of model kits. Dubbed “Heavy Metal War,” it has an interesting mix of old and new. Optimus Prime gets a Shattered Glass version in both robot and vehicle form. His classic look was released in the first wave and this is a repaint of that. Shockwave gets an awesome translucent release. Megatron is this wave’s “gold” figure. Grimlock gets a release as well as Soundwave with Ravager. Soundwave was the “gold” figure in he second wave.

What’s interesting is there is one vehicle release when the first wave had three and the second wave had none. It does have a nice mix of old and new as well. You can order the first wave and second wave and we’ll have more when the third is released.
