That is especially true with this week’s reveals — which debuted exclusively on Newsarama — that mix Kevin Smith’s legendary View Askewniverse characters with the Archie gang. If you ask a random stranger what comes to mind when they think of Archie Comics, chances are that the classic image of Archie sharing a milkshake with Betty and Veronica will be mentioned first. This such a timeless bit of comics iconography that it has come to be known as the 3 on a Straw image. So to have Jay and Silent Bob sharing a milkshake at Pop’s fills us with utter joy….these dudes are as at home in Riverdale as they are hanging out front of the Quick Stop.
