Board & Dice will release Energy Research Institute, a new expansion for Nucleum, into retail in August 2025.
The new expansion adds 8 new Experiments to the game (see “Enter the Atomic Age in ‘Nucleum’“). It also offers players thematic Patron cards for the new experiments as well as the previous experiments. There are also new Patron cards for solo mode included in the expansion alongside new mechanics to enhance the replayability of the game. This expansion is compatible with the previous expansions as well (see “Head Down Under” and also “Halls of Power“).
