Leder Games previewed two Ahoy expansions that will be headed to retail in 2025.
The Rivals & Renegades expansion adds the Blackfish Brigades and Shellfire Rebellion to the game. The Blackfish Brigade are a roving menace of seas, while the Shellfire Rebellion features turtles who catapult their comrades over obstacles in their way. The Fang & Fortune expansion showcases The Leviathan and Coral Cap Pirates factions. The Leviathan is a multi-part meeple that consumes everything in its path, and the Coral Cap Pirates can replace smugglers in the core game.
These expansions, with the base game (see “‘Ahoy’“), support three to four players, ages 14 and up, and play in 45 to 75 minutes.
