Participating hobby stores will have special Pokémon TCG gifts to commemorate the big day.
Get together with your local community to celebrate 29 years of Pokémon! On February 27, 2025, participating hobby stores will host events for fans of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Whether you’re into trading cards to fill out your collection, taking part in fun battles, or just hanging out with other Pokémon fans, there’s plenty to enjoy at these Pokémon League celebrations. Some locations may also be holding Learn to Play sessions, so fans of all experience levels can enjoy a battle or two.
Your store may also have special promo items, including an adorable Sylveon promo card, a trio of promo cards celebrating the Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest 2024 winners, new demo decks featuring Pikachu ex and Charizard ex, and a variety of other Pokémon TCG accessories. Prizes are available while supplies last, vary by location, and certain items may be delayed.
