WizKids will release Underdark Expeditions, a new miniatures booster set for D&D Icons of the Realms, into retail in May 2025.
The new D&D Icons of the Realms miniatures set explores The Underdark, a deep subterranean realm populated by a variety of monsters such as Darkmantles, Hook Horrors, Umber Hulks, and Gelatinous Cubes. Underdark Expeditions offers up 44 pre-painted monster miniatures that are randomly inserted into boosters. This set also introduces the DungeonGlo effect to WizKids miniatures, which makes select parts of figures glow-in-the-dark when the lights are turned off.
The set will come in two product configurations: boosters and 8-ct. Booster Bricks. Boosters will contain one Large miniature and three Medium or Small miniatures, and will retail for $19.99. 8-ct. Booster Bricks will retail for $159.92.
WizKids will also release a new DC HeroClix Green Lantern booster set, DC HeroClix: Lantern Legacy Booster Brick (see “‘DC HeroClix Green Lantern’ Booster Set“).
