Stronghold Games will release Terraforming Mars: Automa, a new solo play expansion by Fryxgames, into retail on October 10, 2024.
This expansion Terraforming Mars: Automa gives players a new solo play experience when added to Terraforming Mars or its expansion. The expansion replaces the game clock with algorithms and special cards that run corporations to compete against. Players can add any of the Terraforming Mars expansions to this expansion to create unique challenges.
The expansion supports one player, ages 14 and up, and retails for $34.99.
Recently, Enoch Fryxelius, the CEO of FryxGames, took to Facebook to explain why the company used AI-generated artwork in its expansion’s game components (see “More Controversy Around AI Art“).
