Undigital has announced the upcoming Kickstarter campaign for its new board game, Delivery Witches. The game is designed by Eric Rodríguez, known for his previous works Riverwood Town and Growing Season. Rodríguez’s latest project adapts the video game Mika and the Witch’s Mountain by Chibig Studio into a board game format.
Delivery Witches is designed as a pick-and-delivery game where players assume the roles of apprentice witches. Set on a small island beneath a magical mountain, players will navigate the island to collect and deliver packages, facing various climate-related challenges. Success in deliveries and mastering broomstick skills allow players to earn experience points, advancing their journey toward the top of the mountain.
The Kickstarter campaign for Delivery Witches is set to begin in October and will continue for 30 days. The game aims to provide an engaging experience for those who appreciate games with a narrative and aesthetic charm similar to that found in Ghibli films. If successfully funded, the game’s release is anticipated for early 2025. Interested backers can currently access the pre-launch page on Kickstarter.
