Follow along as we uncover a beautiful new illustration rare and the stylish Glass Trumpet, a powerful Item card for Colorless Pokémon.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown expansion introduces the unique sparkle of Stellar Tera Pokémon ex, including the source of the Terastal phenomenon itself—Terapagos! Terapagos is making its Pokémon TCG debut in this expansion, which features plenty of other exciting cards to look forward to. Stick around as we uncover four unique cards from the over 170 new ones ready to be discovered when the expansion launches September 13, 2024.
Illustrator Saki Hayashiro has a knack for depicting Pokémon ex with boundless vitality, and Venusaur ex is no different. The bright green hues are a perfect match for the card’s peacefully healing Ability, Tranquil Flower, which can heal 60 damage from one of your Pokémon when Venusaur ex is in the Active Spot.
Nothing can stop this Plasma Pokémon once it’s taken over a lawn mower! This is only the third time Mow Rotom has appeared in the Pokémon TCG, and its Reaping Dash attack just may be a good option for players who like cutting down their opponent’s strategy.
The Woolly Crab Pokémon has never appeared more chill. Not many Pokémon can stand a freezing snowstorm, but Crabominable is thriving in its element in this illustration rare card by Mitsuhiro Arita.
Charge! Lead your Colorless Pokémon into battle with this fancy Item card that can be used only if you have a Tera Pokémon in play. If you do, you can choose up to two of your Benched Colorless Pokémon and attach a Basic Energy card from your discard pile to each of them. It’s not uncommon to see this type of effect on an Item card—like Dark Patch or Metal Saucer—but Glass Trumpet is twice as effective with the extra step of having a Tera Pokémon in play.
You’ll find these and many more cards when the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown expansion releases on September 13, 2024.
