A Seasonal Event Featuring Dondozo and Tatsugiri!
Get ready for a second serving of special Tera Raid Battles and mass outbreaks! From Friday, July 26, 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 23:59 UTC, Water–Tera Type Dondozo with the Mightiest Mark will be appearing in 7-star Tera Raid Battles while Curly Form Tatsugiri, Droopy Form Tatsugiri, and Stretchy Form Tatsugiri will be appearing in mass outbreaks across various locations.
During this event, Dondozo with the Mightiest Mark will be appearing at black Tera Raid crystals. The Dondozo appearing during this event has Water as its Tera Type. Be prepared—this Pokémon is a formidable foe, and it’s got the Mightiest Mark to prove it! Work together with your friends to topple this powerful Tera Pokémon!
This special Dondozo can be caught only once per save data. If you caught this Dondozo previously during a Tera Raid Battle event, you cannot catch it again. You can still participate in Tera Raid Battles against this Dondozo to obtain other rewards if you’ve already caught it.
This Dondozo may be featured in future events or become obtainable through other methods.

7-star Tera Raid Battles: Dondozo with the Mightiest Mark
During this event, mass outbreaks of Curly Form Tatsugiri will be appearing throughout the Paldea region, mass outbreaks of Droopy Form Tatsugiri will be appearing throughout the land of Kitakami, and mass outbreaks of Stretchy Form Tatsugiri will be appearing throughout the Terarium at Blueberry Academy.
Shiny Pokémon are more likely to appear in these special mass outbreaks, so don’t miss your chance to find one!

In a Tera Raid Battle, you’ll work together with three other Trainers to defeat a powerful Tera Pokémon before time runs out. The kinds of Pokémon encountered during Tera Raid Battle events will vary. Pokémon encountered in Tera Raid Battles may have a rare Tera Type.

• To participate in Tera Raid Battle events, please download the latest Poké Portal News by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu, then Mystery Gift, then Check Poké Portal News. You do not need a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership to receive the latest Poké Portal News.
• After completing certain postgame events, you’ll be able to find black Tera Raid crystals. However, players who haven’t completed these events may still participate in these Tera Raid Battles by joining other Trainers in multiplayer.
• A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership (sold separately) is required to participate in Tera Raid Battles with other Trainers online. Terms apply. Learn more at https://www.nintendo.com/switch-online.
• Tera Raid Battle events will occur only in the Paldea region.
Mass outbreaks are a phenomenon in which many of the same species of Pokémon appear in one location. During limited-time mass outbreak events, certain Pokémon will become more likely to appear.
