The timeless tableau shows Batman and The Joker locked in a dangerous dance as they fall through layers of flaming wreckage between the floors of an abandoned building. Each is armed with an arsenal of essential tools for fighting their relentless foe, the signs of struggle all around them.
To capture the distinct personalities of the two archenemies, Sideshow enlisted the sculpting expertise of three renowned artists! Daniel Bel and Martin Canale tackled Batman and The Joker, respectively, with each sculptor bringing his own distinct and dynamic take to the character at-hand. The ultra-detailed and Easter egg imbued base was sculpted by Jorge Villar, adding another layer of personality to the very environment that the characters inhabit.
In the sheer bedlam of this battle, it’s impossible to say who has the upper hand, as the two combatants fall through a muti-colored scene bursting with vibrant green Joker Venom and scorching flames. The statue also comes with swap-out right hands for The Joker, allowing fans to display him holding props, including a Joker fish, during his clash with Batman. Gotham City has never seen a fight quite like this: It’s the Caped Crusader versus The Clown Prince of Crime for the fate of Gotham City!
