New year-themed Mass Outbreak event featuring Dratini, Jangmo-o and Duraludon will run in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet from December 25 at 00:00 UTC to January 3 at 23:59 UTC, full event details revealed

Dragon Dance Your Way into the New Year!
Get ready to ring in the new year by catching droves of Dragon-type Pokémon! From Monday, December 25, 2023, at 00:00 UTC to Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 23:59 UTC, Dratini will be appearing in mass outbreaks throughout the Paldea region,
Jangmo-o will be appearing in mass outbreaks throughout the land of Kitakami, and Duraludon will be appearing in mass outbreaks throughout the Terarium at Blueberry Academy.

Pokémon encountered in these special mass outbreaks are more likely to have the Joyful Mark. These Dragon types must be excited to celebrate the new year!

Mass outbreaks are a phenomenon in which many of the same species of Pokémon appear in one location. During limited-time mass outbreak events, certain Pokémon will become more likely to appear.
