The contest is a perfect opportunity for Viola to showcase her photography skills and for Professor Sycamore to evaluate the bonds between Trainers and Pokémon. Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat are a Grass-type support sync pair that specialize in raising their allies’ defenses and guarding them against Grass-type damage. Their Trainer move, Let’s All Have a Battle!, raises the Defense and Sp. Def of all allied sync pairs by four stat ranks, making them a perfect partner against opponents who do physical or special damage. They also have the passive skill Group Grass Guard, which lowers the damage allies take from all Grass-type moves.
As a brilliant researching duo, Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat can share the fruits of their studies thanks to their passive skill Grass-type Research Results. This scholarly skill lowers the target’s Grass Type Rebuff by one rank and raises the Grass Type Rebuff of all allied sync pairs by one the first time Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat successfully attack in battle.

This tech sync pair from the Kanto region is one of the best at dealing Grass-type damage thanks to their powerful Solar Blade attack. Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat can’t raise allies’ Attack and Sp. Atk like other support sync pairs, but they can still boost the damage Grass-type sync pairs do by lowering the Grass Type Rebuff of their opponents thanks to their Grass-type Research Results passive skill.Sygna Suit Erika & Leafeon also have no way to raise their defensive stats, so Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat’s Let’s All Have a Battle! fills that void nicely. Sygna Suit Erika & Leafeon are available to scout from the general pool of 5★ sync pairs, as well as from the 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout and the 5★-Guaranteed Kanto Ticket Scout.
- Brendan & Sceptile
Like Sygna Suit Erika & Leafeon, Brendan & Sceptile are an adept Grass-type damage dealer whose Trainer moves boost the power of their Leaf Storm or Bullet Seed moves. But, in general, Brendan & Sceptile don’t do as much damage as other strike sync pairs, so the extra aid from Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat’s Grass-type Research Results helps them get up to speed.Speaking of speed, the extra Speed boost provided by Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat’s Let’s All Have a Battle! ensures Brendan & Sceptile will have plenty of move gauge slots to rain down Leaf Storm without pause. Brendan & Sceptile are available to scout from the general pool of 5★ sync pairs, as well as from the 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout and the 5★-Guaranteed Hoenn Ticket Scout.

Sycamore Seasonal Tiered Scout
Tiered Scouts are special Sync Pair Scouts that can only be used with Paid Gems.
Each time you scout, you will proceed to the next tier. The Sycamore Seasonal Tiered Scout goes up to Tier 10.
In the Sycamore Seasonal Tiered Scout, by using Sync Pair Scouts in Tiers 5 and 10, you will receive special Tickets to use in the Ticket Scout!

Ticket Scouts are special Sync Pair Scouts that can only be used with specific Tickets.
One 5★ Sync Pair is guaranteed in the Sycamore Seasonal Featured Ticket Scout, which requires a Ticket you can get in Tier 5 of the Sycamore Seasonal Tiered Scout to use. 5★ Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat have a higher chance of appearing.
Also, you can use the Ticket you get in Tier 10 on the Sycamore Seasonal Guaranteed Ticket Scout to team up with 5★ Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat guaranteed!
Note: Tickets earned from the Sycamore Seasonal Tiered Scout can only be used for the Ticket Scouts featuring 5★ Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat.

- The Tiered Scout requires Paid Gems.
- You cannot gain Scout Points in the Tiered Scout.
- You can go to the Ticket Scout screen to check how many tickets you have received from the Tiered Scout. You cannot view this information from your Bag.
- Please be aware that you will not be able to use any remaining tickets after the Ticket Scout ends.
