Arcane Tinmen will release Power and Soul, new Dragon Shield: DUAL sleeves, into retail on February 23, 2024.
These two new sleeve designs are Arcane Tinmen’s latest addition to their DUAL Matte metallic color line. Power offers players a green shiny sleeve to protect their cards with, and Soul has a purple polish to it. The sleeves come in standard-size (MSRP $14.99) and Japanese-size (MSRP $9.99).
Arcane Tinmen will also release Dragon Shield: Constellation Art Sleeves, into retail (see “‘Dragon Shield: Constellation Art Sleeves’“).
