New Edition of Classic RPG Heads into U.S. Retail
Mongoose Publishing will release Paranoia: The Core Book, a new edition of the classic RPG rulebook, into retail in January 2024.
Paranoia: The Core Book is a new edition of the classic West End RPG, which was originally published in 1984 (see “Mongoose Revives ‘Paranoia’“) and inducted into the Academy of Adventure Gaming Arts & Design Hall of Fame in 2008 (see “2008 Origins Award Winners“). Mongoose had revived the game a few times since acquiring the rights with various new editions (see “‘Paranoia’ RPG“). The newest edition offers a core book with updated rules and new artwork. The latest edition was written and designed by WJ MacGuffin and Keith Garrett.
It will retail for $49.99.
