5. The contest is not valid for employees of Dark Horse Comics, its agents and distributors.
6. The rules and results of this contest will be final and binding. In case of any dispute the decision of the company shall be final and binding upon all.
7. This contest prize shall not be exchanged/redeemed in form of cash, any other gift item.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents (excluding Guam and all other United States foreign territories and possessions), permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), and residents of countries to which the items detailed in the Prizes are eligible to be shipped from the United States, thus excluding the currently restricted: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.
