BKOM Studios, in collaboration with Paizo, unveiled an exhilarating new game set to hit Steam’s Early Access platform on September 14th: Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors. This roguelite bullet hell survivor offers a fresh perspective on the Pathfinder universe, inviting players to challenge the legendary villain, Tar-Baphon.
Gallowspire is the resting place of the disgraced lich-emperor, Tar-Baphon. Underneath this ancient fortress, the villain has been devising a sinister plot to break free from his chains. But three heroes – a Fighter, a Wizard, and a Rogue – have ventured into the depths of Gallowspire to thwart his plans. As they tackle Tar-Baphon’s undead minions, players must utilize their heroes’ unique talents, weapons, and spells to make their way to the heart of the fortress and face the eternal emperor.
The game also introduces an innovative mechanic to challenge players. Although facing inevitable defeats, a mysterious amulet grants the heroes the power to return stronger after each fall. To secure Golarion’s future, players must continually thwart Tar-Baphon’s plots, knowing he will return time and time again.
