Get the party started with bountiful event bonuses, incredible research, and more.
It’s been seven splendid years of catching, battling, and making friends in Pokémon GO, so now’s the time to celebrate with an all-out 7th Anniversary Party! Through July 12, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time, throw on a festive party hat and make the most of unique daily event bonuses, Field Research, Timed Research, and Masterwork Research—all while catching costumed Pokémon.

And Pokémon No. 0007, Squirtle, will play a starring role during Community Day Classic on July 9 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. local time. Throughout the week, there will be an increased chance to become Lucky Friends and an increased chance to receive Lucky Pokémon in trades.
