Games Workshop has unveiled the new releases coming this week, centering on its popular Warhammer 40,000 franchise and the ever-growing Black Library novels collection.
Fans of the Warhammer 40,000 universe can look forward to the arrival of the latest Core Book, a hefty 280-page hardback. The book, filled with a plethora of lore, artwork, and core rules, is designed to provide everything you need to dive into the grim darkness of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. A limited edition Core Book is also available, offering a range of collectibles in a lavishly presented box.
Additionally, the Crusade game mode has been given a facelift, with an updated 184-page Crusade: Tyrannic War book. It includes new Crusade rules and expands the gaming experience with missions revolving around the nightmarish Tyranid invasion of the Fourth Tyrannic War.
The newly-released Chapter Approved: Leviathan Mission Deck offers a unique, balanced match play experience, and Warhammer 40,000 Index Cards are set to be available for pre-order next week, offering a physical reference for all faction datasheets and rules.
Black Library fans also have a lot to celebrate with the upcoming release of The Martyr’s Tomb by Marc Collins, the sixth installment in the Dawn of Fire series, available in both English and French. The special edition version, limited to 2,000 copies, is signed by the author and includes additional content.
Other new Black Library titles include Void King by Marc Collins, The King of The Spoil by Jonathan D. Beer, and Lords of Blood by Guy Haley. Each offers unique perspectives and stories within the Warhammer universe, available in various formats, including paperback, eBook, and MP3.
The German and French-speaking community hasn’t been forgotten. They will have access to the collection of Guy Haley’s Blood Angels stories in German and the French edition of Mike Brooks’ tale, The Lion: Son of the Forest.
While the Warhammer 40,000: Leviathan is sold out online, eager fans are encouraged to check their local Warhammer store and independent retailers from the 24th of June to secure their copy.
