Meeplify: 3D Printable Meeples for Board Games and TTRPGs – On Kickstarter Now

Unchained Games has launched a Kickstarter campaign for Meeplify, an innovative portal that brings a whole new level of customization to board games and tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs). The crowdfunding campaign, which far surpassed its modest goal of $546 within days, is set to run until July 3, 2023.

The Meeplify project offers over 160 unique 3D printable meeple designs, allowing players to inject personality into their tabletop gaming experience like never before. Whether it’s marking spots with specially designed meeples, transforming heroes or monsters into unique figures, or simply adding a dash of personality with uniquely designed resource tokens, Meeplify’s broad library of distinct meeple designs caters to all these needs and more.

“Meeplify is all about adding character to your favorite board games and tabletop role-playing games,” says the team at Unchained Games. “Beyond customization, Meeplify is the answer to those frustrating moments of lost or missing board game pieces.”

Not only does Meeplify serve as a fun addition to any gaming session, but it’s also a valuable tool for board game designers. It provides an array of placeholders for board game pieces during the development and test-play stages, serving as an invaluable resource.

Unchained Games’ inspiration for Meeplify came from their passion for the gaming world. As they saw an increasing focus on highly detailed miniatures and terrain, they felt the need to pay homage to the simple yet iconic figures of meeples, often considered the “great grandfathers” of modern miniatures.

“Meeplify is our way of reminding gamers of their roots,” explains the team. “And let’s not forget the practicality – Meeplify meeples are small and affordable to print, making them a perfect solution for replacing lost game pieces or adding character to your favorite games!”

With 17 days left on the Kickstarter campaign, supporters can still pledge and get access to this unique product.
